A - civil persons have to copy and show following documents:

• identity card and a residence notification in Poland (only polish citizens)
• driver's licence
• passport (only foreigners)
• in case of a company, there have to be shown following documents: company licence and permission of economic actions or duplicate from the register KRS, Regon and NIP. In case of providing a car to the company, copies of the mentioned documents have to be shown.

B - caution:

• The amount of the caution depends on the choice of a car and has to be payed at the latest at giving up the car. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS. By paying cash you have to pay the double sum of the caution depending on the chosen car. If you show us a recent employment contract (civil persons) or the last 3 payments of ZUS, there will be a possibility of reducing the caution to its basis amount. In special cases the amount of the caution can be reduced or the caution doesn't have to be payed at all. Companies can transfer the caution to our account, however the caution has to be on the account before getting the car. By renting a replacement car the caution doens't have to payed necessarily, in this case the car of the customer is seen as caution if it is repaired by a service recommended by PolandCars.com.

C - age:

• The driver has to be 18 years old. Only the person who signed the contract is allowed to drive the car.

D - payment:

• The renting person is obliged to pay the amount in advance by credit card or cash for the mentioned period of time, we accept following cradit cards:
  VISA, MASTERCARD.
  At long-termed payments the amount has to be payed in advance according to VAT laws each month.   

E - reservation:

• you can reserve by phone, fax, email or personally in our office. For the reservation are needed personal information, car model, the planed date, the duration, the place and time of getting and giving back the car, kind of payment of the rental and caution and possibly information about the intention to drive the car abroad (name the countries you are passing and your goal).
• in the case of cancelling of the reservation within the period shorter than 24h bevore the planned date, PolandCars.com car rent firm shall charge the fee for 1 day renting of the booked vehicle
• rentals up to 7 days – the reservation has to be made at least 2 days before the intended date, at early reservations we charge a deposit
• rentals longer than 7 days – the time of reservation can be chosen freely, the sum of the deposit is 20%
  

F - fuel:

• All cars are filled up at the time of giving out, we expect the same when given back.
