PolandCars.com, Wrocław, ul. Armii Krajowej 6b/5 called Lessor, hires to a Lessee a vehicle described in agreement. Lessor has acquainted with technical state of vehicle Lessee renting and Lessee states, that it does not arouse reservations and it is ready for farthest exploitation.

Lessee declares:

• to take on himself, before Lessor whole responsibility and fulfilment of all decisions included in the present agreement

• has a valid driver`s licence, and other documents, which he has submitted to Lessor

• every data needed for covenant hire from part of Lessee with truth consistent

Lessee is obligated to:

• return vihicle in same condition as he has hired it – must be clean and tank up

• If car will be clean only inside , or only outside , a charge will be appied – egual to half the prise of a car wash.

• every payment of charge surved by Lessor related with causing to a original state, example: washing, cleaning, etc. allegiance of object of hire related renting

• give in fate cases statement according to Lessor rules an establishing form and deadline of settlement of accounts

• Can be discussed or negotiated with lessee prolongation or renting extension each hour of delay will be counted as service after hours and it will be charged as follows : 1h-30% .After 1h of delay it will be counted as anothe day of rent .

  In case of not informing Lessor about a reason of delay, 6 hours from completion of agreement he will notify police about a car beying stolen

• Fee for postd services is 10PLN +tax

• transfer vehicle after period of hire without invocations in agreement in state of full technical proficiency renting

• fee for service, refueling in the absence of return fuel by the klijent is 70pln + tax (the price of fuel will be counted as 7 pln 1liter fuel + tax)

• which is cost of Lessee for payment for wastes of fuels and they will be counted according to price list estimate renting

• use the vehicle on personal costs and according to principles of correct exploit

• cover any costs of repair caused by unsuitable exploitation of car, use of a car to incompatible manner with coditions of rental agreement

• to cover any cost of repair outside of polish borders, and in Poland at distance of over 350 km from Wrocław

• use the vehicle in a propper manner and technical proficiency guaranteeing maintenance, take care of estetic appearance over it and cleaness of the vehicle

• drive the vehicle after drinking or beying under influece of any other drugs

• not use the car in a manner which could cause invalidation of insurance polisy, with conditions he became acquaninted with

• secure vehicle before stealing or any damage, in the way generally acceptable

• In case of interference in tothe car on any part of it , (accept for changing a wheels ) without reporting it to the lessor , a punishment will be counted in amount of 3000 pln for fracture the rules of agreement.

• act on Lessor`s behalf

• pay all fines and any other bills, received by Lessee or the driver of the vehicle. He is fully resposible till due date

• Lessor does not take responsibility for things left in a rented rehicle

• In case of lack of capability of payment of bail by lessee costs of bank brokerage in cars in heigh of 3% from credit card reading .

• secure each time or (take out) radio player

• Immediately inform Lessor about:

• car beying stolen, loosing it or any damage done to the vehicle

• apperance of any defect in car fuctioning, as also tire beying flat

• given fines

• loosing keys or vehicle documents

- in case of car beying stolen, or damages made to the vehicle, must notify Police and than Lessor about arised situation to perform a proper agreement in the claim settlement

Vehicle user`s terms and conditions:

• If cames out to the light, fact that the rehicle was used by another person , not showing in the agreement , lesse will be obligated to pay a fine of 2000 pln for violation of agreement rules .

• vehicle can not be used in a way that deviates from the standards like:

• subleasing

• driving it in races, rallies, competitions, speed tests, driving lesssons

• trailer towing

• towing or pushhing other vehicles

• to transport dangerous or illegal products

• in a way that brakes legal regulation in force

• car can not be drivven outside Polish borders, without permission

• contract period can be extended only by Lessor`s permission

• can not smoke in the vehicle for breach this agree is 1500zl
  Client has right to take photos of the rental vehicle, to state its current condition.
  Lessee`s responsibility:

• Lessee is obligated to pay all costs related with claim settlement made on the vehicle, or arised with loosing vehicle with cost of:

• all damages made up to 3000 PLN covers lessee, unles additional insurance will be bought

• paying a full amount to damages made, in case when the damage is not under the insurance

• in case of a radio beying stolen to pay an avarage value of same or similar type, or brand

• Quota participation to each damage is 3000 PLN, and possibility to endure it, is through redemtion of voluntary insurance counted according to detached day rates.
  Additional insurance does not relieve from the obligation to inform PolandCars.com if there is any damage made on the vehicle and the bodies estabilished, like the police, in the event of damage to the vehicle on which the client is not iformed the PolandCars.com can charge for their removal.

  If damage, loss, disruption of vehile have been made intentionally, or either to serious result of neglect from part of Lessee, or excution by him, unobservance of condition of agreement incurs in accordance with Lessee renting full material liability. Lessee herebly agrees for processing the following personal information strictly for the purpose of agreement made, markerting and advertising, as also to the third person, particularly for purpose of policy in accordance with the regulation for the protection of personal data passed on the following day: 29.08.1997r. Dz.U.Nr 133 poz 883

• Deposit may be collected by cash, credit card, credit card (on a pre-authorization, or sales), transfer, and in other forms of fixed individually. Irrespective of how to obtain a deposit is not refunded in any case, after a period of 7 days from the date of completion of the hire car.

• Deposit paid is calculated on the amount of contractual penalties, or other claims against the tenant
  landlord is authorized to download any fees associated with the rental car with a debit card or credit card, before during or after a lease without re-signing to confirm the payment terminal.
  Options in the box with the settlement of the rent due to the lack of possibilities predict the actual return of the vehicle location and time in which it will be returned can be determined later, or after the completion of leasing.
  Rent subject to a special price only with full set of the vehicle during the lease

• Loss, destruction, or not returning of additional equipment which is equipped with a car (gps, radio, the panel from the radio, map, car seat for children) will result in the customer purchase a new device. Each subsequent day until a new purchase or return rented equipment will be counted as another day rental at the rates contained in the contract.

• When traveling abroad information should be given to exactly by what coutries be traveled, if it is determined by the car rental residence in another country, than the customer declared at the signing of the agreement, will be imposed the penalty of 4000 PLN for breach of contract of rental car.

• In the case of shortening the time of hiring by lessee with his own , the remainder of the hire teken out and paid is not refundable.

• Km limit is set indyvidually by each lease,and the rate per km over limit.

• The vehicle can not leave Poland without the written consent from Polandcars.com. This will result in a contractual penalty in the amount of PLN 4,000, and full responsibility for the resulting damage.

• In case of cancellation of the reservation, the advance paid shall be totally.

• Referring rates on rental customer will be charged the costs of any substitutions and receive cars, and will be charged 1 day rental car rates from Polandcars.com.

• Extension of lease for more than 3 hours with the consent of the Polandcars.com will be treated as a day, without a permission it will be counted as a double, extending the lease at the time of the next day without informing the delay penalty will be charged by Polandcars.com 4000 PLN as a result of a breach of contract. In order to inform the rental of an extension of hire, it is enough to send SMS or call this nr (+ 48) 0693-230-220

• Loss of, or damage to the vehicle, keys or documents, gives Polandcars.com the right to compensation to the damage of 1000 PLN for each of these things.

• Go abroad to acountry not listed in the lease agreement and not preriously reported toPolandcars.com,will result in alood by the amount of 100PLN+ tax pricing services and hire contractuae penalty amounting to 1000PLN

• At the time when the vehicle can not go back to the rental place example: has been detained by the police or other service uniforms, failure occurred through the fault of negligence, vehicle was abandoned, or subcontracted, then the lessee has to pay the full cost of bringing the car rental, and 4,000 PLN penalty for breach of contract.

• In the event of arrears in fees Polandcars.com has the right to charge a percentage of the maximum percentage on an annual basis.

• PolandCars can monitorred for own saffety place where car is at the momment, and renter say right at the this terms.
