Rental procedure – step by step!

1 - car reservation for the customer: personally, by phone or fax

2 - customer information about renting conditions

• choice of the car model by the customer,
• rules and references to use,
• conditions and possibilities of  prolonging the time of renting

3 - preparation of the car for the custome:  

• check of technical state,
• check of cleanness,
• filling up the car,
• givin out the car at chosen place and time
  

4 - payment of the caution by credit or debit card

5 - signing the contract and introducing the regulation:

• completion of customer information,
• resolving the question of costs
• and renting duration
  

6 - the customer has to show following documents:

• copy of the identity card,
• copy of the driving licence

7 - the copies of the documents mentiones above are added to the contract

8 - the conditions of the rental have to be signed by the customer and the car renting on two identical specimens, one copy for each side

9 - record of the car renting procedure in two copies:

• check of the counter, fuel, interior, trunk;
• spare tire, fire extinguisher, first aid chest, warning triangle, key to tires, jack
  

10 - we hand over the car with:

• car keys (one pair),
• car documents,
• confimation of insurance
  

11 - record of giving back the car after the time of renting agreed upon the contract

12 - setting off of all costs the customer has to pay
